Sauce for Tagliatelle with Black Truffle

To flavour a good dish of tagliatelle, there is nothing better than a truffle sauce. In this case, let’s take the black truffle as the main condiment. You can combine this sauce with different dishes, from starters to main courses.

Ingredients: Butter, Truffle, White wine, Stock, Garlic, Parmisan.

Instructions:

Sauté the garlic and butter in a pan.
Add the grated black truffle and cook for 10 minutes.
Add a splash of white wine and let the liquid evaporate.
Pour in a small quantity of stock and a handful of grated Parmisan cheese.
